Filing a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Please contact your organization administrator for assistance with this process.

Intellectual Property Rights

Trademarks
The Employee Recognition Platform name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the platform or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
User Content License
By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your content.
Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving disputes in a fair and efficient manner.
Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through our Help Center.
Binding Arbitration
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and we agree to resolve any dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the jurisdiction where your organization is located.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable, then the entire arbitration agreement shall be null and void.
Export Controls
The Service may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations when using the Service. You may not use, export, or re-export the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including without limitation, U.S. export laws and regulations.
Government Users
If you are a U.S. government entity, we provide the Service as "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation" as defined in 48 C.F.R. 2.101 and 48 C.F.R. 12.212. For government end users, the Service is licensed with only those rights as granted to all other end users according to these Terms.
